NirmaanGo Private Limited (“NirmaanGo”, “Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”) operates the NirmaanGo mobile application, website and related services. NirmaanGo provides building materials, construction products and professional construction-related services, including support for complete house construction.

Depending on how you use our services, we may collect:

• Name, mobile number, email address and account information.
• Billing, delivery and service address, city, state and PIN code.
• Order, product, service, invoice, refund and transaction details.
• Payment reference/transaction information. Complete card details, CVV, UPI PIN or banking passwords are not intentionally stored by NirmaanGo.
• Information voluntarily uploaded through the app, such as photographs or documents.
• Device and technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, IP address, browser/network information, timestamps and diagnostics.
• Location/address information where needed for delivery or service fulfilment and where permission/lawful basis applies.

3. App Permissions

Depending on features used, the app may request access to camera, photos/files, notifications and location. These permissions are used only for the relevant functionality, such as uploading documents/images, sending order updates, or facilitating delivery/service fulfilment.

NirmaanGo does not intentionally collect or store your UPI PIN, ATM PIN, CVV, OTP or banking password.

We do not sell or rent personal information for independent commercial use. Information may be shared where necessary with authorised payment providers, delivery/logistics partners, contractors/service professionals, hosting/technology providers, customer-support providers, or government/law-enforcement authorities where legally required.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, loss, misuse, alteration and destruction. No electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
