Shipping / Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Coverage

NirmaanGo may deliver building materials and products to locations supported by its logistics/supply network. Availability may vary by product, quantity, distance and serviceability.

2. Delivery Address

Customers must provide an accurate and complete delivery address, including landmark and contact number where required. Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information may be the customer's responsibility.

3. Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on product availability, order quantity, supplier dispatch, distance, traffic, weather, local restrictions and other operational factors. Large construction-material orders may require scheduled delivery.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, if applicable, may vary according to product, quantity, distance, vehicle requirements and delivery location. Applicable charges will be communicated/displayed before order confirmation where possible.

5. Delivery Acceptance

The customer or an authorised recipient should be available to receive the order. For bulky materials, the customer may need to ensure reasonable access and unloading conditions at the delivery location.

6. Inspection at Delivery

Customers should check quantity and visible condition at delivery where reasonably possible. Any shortage, visible damage or wrong material should be reported promptly with the order number and supporting evidence.

7. Unsuccessful Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, the address is inaccessible, the site is unsafe, or required delivery instructions are not followed, re-delivery may be subject to availability and additional charges where applicable.

8. Delays

NirmaanGo will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery times but is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside reasonable control, including weather, transport disruption, strikes, government restrictions, supplier delays or force majeure events.

9. Large/Bulk Orders

For bulk construction materials, NirmaanGo may contact the customer to confirm delivery schedule, vehicle requirements, unloading arrangements and site accessibility.
