By accessing the NirmaanGo website or mobile application, creating an account, placing an order or requesting a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and applicable policies published by NirmaanGo.

NirmaanGo is a platform/business for supplying building materials and facilitating construction-related products and professional services. Available products, service categories, prices, delivery areas and availability may change without prior notice.

3. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product names, specifications, images and prices. Product appearance may vary from images. Availability is subject to stock and supplier availability. In case of an obvious listing, pricing or technical error, NirmaanGo may correct or cancel the affected order and provide an applicable refund.

4. Orders

An order request is subject to acceptance and availability. We may contact the customer to confirm quantity, address, delivery requirements and payment status before fulfilment.

5. Pricing and Taxes

Prices displayed may be subject to applicable taxes, delivery charges, handling charges or other clearly disclosed charges. Final payable amounts will be shown or communicated before confirmation where applicable.

6. Payments

Payments may be made through authorised payment gateways or other payment methods offered by NirmaanGo. Customers must provide accurate information and must not share confidential banking credentials or payment authentication details.

7. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may depend on product availability, supplier dispatch, distance, traffic, weather, local restrictions and other factors. Customers must provide a correct and accessible delivery address and cooperate with delivery personnel.

8. Construction and Professional Services

Professional services may be provided by NirmaanGo directly or through associated/engaged contractors, professionals or service providers. Scope, price, materials, timelines and site requirements may vary by project and will be communicated or agreed separately where applicable.

9. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information.
• Provide safe and lawful access to the delivery/service site.
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
• Do not misuse, reverse engineer, disrupt or attempt unauthorised access to the app/website.
• Provide accurate project requirements and measurements where relevant.

10. Account Security

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activity performed through their account, subject to applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

NirmaanGo's branding, logos, text, graphics, software, design and other content are owned by or licensed to NirmaanGo and may not be copied, modified, distributed or commercially exploited without permission.

12. Third-Party Services

Where third-party providers are involved, their own terms may also apply. NirmaanGo is not responsible for independent third-party systems outside its reasonable control.

13. Suspension/Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, violation of these Terms, legal compliance or misuse of the platform, subject to applicable law.

14. Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, NirmaanGo will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, third-party service interruptions, force majeure events or customer-provided inaccurate information.

15. Force Majeure

NirmaanGo shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, government restrictions, transport disruptions, network failures or other force majeure events.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
